By using AstroCircuits.AI, accessing AstroCircuits.AI Academy, purchasing credits or courses, or booking a personal consultation, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our platforms or services.
Services
- AstroCircuits.AI provides AI-generated astrological interpretations and guidance based on birth details, personal information and questions submitted by users.
- AstroCircuits.AI Academy provides AI-powered astrology education in which lessons, examples and course material may be personalized using the learner’s horoscope.
- The Academy may offer Vedic Astrology, Nakshatra Astrology, KP Astrology and other educational courses.
- Academy features may include personalized chapters, audio lessons, podcast access, downloadable teaching PDFs, course progress tracking and completion certificates.
- Personal consultations may also be offered separately through AstroCircuits.AI.
- Our services are intended for education, self-awareness, clarity and personal development.
- Our services must not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified advice.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase a service or use the platforms.
AstroCircuits.AI Usage
- Credits purchased on AstroCircuits.AI do not expire unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
- Each standard AI query consumes one credit unless a different credit requirement is displayed for a particular feature.
- Adding a partner chart requires a minimum balance of five credits. One credit is consumed for each partner-related question.
- To add another partner’s details, you must first delete the existing partner details and then enter the new information.
- Birth Time Rectification requires a minimum balance of ten credits to begin.
- One credit is consumed for each birth-time adjustment or assessment performed during the rectification process.
- You are responsible for entering complete and accurate birth details and other information.
- Credits consumed because of incorrect information submitted by the user will not normally be restored.
- Attempts to manipulate, overload, reverse-engineer or misuse the AI systems may result in suspension or termination of the account.
AstroCircuits.AI Academy Usage
- AstroCircuits.AI Academy creates educational chapters using the birth details and horoscope associated with your account.
- You must verify your date of birth, time of birth and place of birth under My Birth Details before generating chapters or enrolling in a course.
- The accuracy and relevance of personalized course examples depend on the accuracy of the birth details provided by you.
- AstroCircuits.AI is not responsible for inaccurate chapters, chart placements or interpretations resulting from incorrect or incomplete birth information.
- Learners enrolling in the KP Astrology Course are strongly advised to verify their exact birth time.
- Birth Time Rectification through AstroCircuits.AI is recommended before enrolling in the KP Astrology Course because KP cusps and Sub Lords can be sensitive to changes in birth time.
- Each course may include free sample chapters that allow users to experience the learning format before purchasing.
- Personalized chapters are generated by AI on demand. Generation times displayed on the platform are estimates and may vary depending on system availability, course complexity and server load.
- Audio lessons are generated separately for individual chapters. Audio-generation times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Only audio that has been successfully generated will be available through the relevant course podcast section.
- Course access is provided for the validity period displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, enrolled courses remain accessible for one year from the date of payment.
- Learners may read available chapters and listen to generated audio repeatedly during the applicable course-validity period.
- Course access is personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and linked to the registered user account.
- Account credentials, course access, chapters, audio files, PDFs and certificates must not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to another person.
- Personalized Teaching PDFs are generated for the registered learner and are intended only for personal educational use.
- Completion certificates are issued only after the applicable course-completion requirements have been satisfied.
- A certificate confirms completion of an AstroCircuits.AI Academy course. It does not represent a government-recognised degree, licence, professional qualification or legal authorisation to practise.
- Existing AstroCircuits.AI users may access AstroCircuits.AI Academy using their current account credentials, subject to account eligibility and platform availability.
- We may update course structures, lesson formats, chapter titles, AI models, audio systems or other learning features to improve the platform.
- Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, upgrades, third-party services, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Intellectual Property and Course Content
- All platform software, interfaces, course structures, prompts, generated learning formats, graphics, branding and original educational material remain the intellectual property of AstroCircuits.AI or its applicable licensors.
- Purchasing a course provides access to the course for personal learning. It does not transfer ownership of the course content or platform technology.
- You may download your Personalized Teaching PDF and completion certificate for personal use where the relevant feature is available.
- You must not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, upload, publicly display or commercially exploit course chapters, audio lessons, podcasts, PDFs or other platform content.
- You must not use automated systems, scraping tools, bots or data-extraction methods to copy or collect platform content.
- Limited quotations may be used for personal notes or reasonable educational reference, provided that AstroCircuits.AI Academy is appropriately acknowledged.
- Unauthorised reproduction or distribution may result in account termination and further action where appropriate.
Payment Terms
- Payments may be accepted through credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Payments are accepted in supported currencies, which may include USD, INR, GBP, EUR, CAD, MYR, IDR, PHP, BRL, MXN, TRY and AUD.
- Available currencies and payment methods may vary according to the user’s location, payment provider and transaction type.
- You are responsible for any currency-conversion charges, bank charges, taxes or payment-provider fees applicable to your transaction.
- Course prices, credit-pack prices and consultation fees may be changed at any time.
- A price change will not affect a purchase that has already been successfully completed.
- Access to paid services begins only after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
- Payments that fail, remain pending, are reversed or are disputed may result in delayed or suspended access.
Results, Educational Content and Accuracy
- Astrological interpretations, predictions and educational content are generated using mathematical chart calculations, configured astrology frameworks and AI-generated language.
- The quality of results depends significantly on the accuracy of the birth details, personal information and questions submitted by the user.
- AI-generated responses and educational chapters may occasionally contain errors, omissions, inconsistencies or interpretations that require further verification.
- AstroCircuits.AI primarily applies Parashari Vedic Astrology and KP Astrology principles.
- Questions based on Western Astrology, Jaimini Astrology or other systems may receive less relevant or less accurate responses unless the feature specifically supports those systems.
- Astrology involves interpretation and cannot guarantee a particular personal, professional, financial, medical, relationship or life outcome.
- Predictions and insights should be considered alongside your own judgement, circumstances, choices and effort.
- Academy content is designed to support learning and understanding. It does not guarantee mastery, professional competence, income, employment or any specific result.
- Users remain responsible for independently evaluating all AI-generated guidance and educational content.
Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling
- Credit-pack purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where a verified technical failure qualifies for replacement credits under our Refund Policy.
- Users can evaluate AstroCircuits.AI using the free starter credits provided on signup before purchasing additional credits.
- AstroCircuits.AI Academy course purchases are governed by the Academy refund conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
- Unless otherwise stated, an Academy course may qualify for a full refund when the request is submitted within 24 hours of payment or before more than four paid chapters have been accessed, whichever occurs first.
- Accessing more than four paid chapters or exceeding the 24-hour period may make the course ineligible for a refund.
- Refund eligibility may also end after a Personalized Teaching PDF or completion certificate has been generated or downloaded, as described in the Refund Policy.
- Personal consultation cancellations, refunds and rescheduling requests are governed by the consultation conditions stated in our Refund Policy.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Refund-processing times may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.
No Professional Advice or Legal Liability
- AstroCircuits.AI and AstroCircuits.AI Academy do not provide professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment or other regulated advice.
- You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions in areas requiring professional expertise.
- You use the platforms, AI-generated outputs, personalized chapters and consultations at your own discretion and risk.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroCircuits.AI will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from:
- Decisions made using AI-generated content
- Errors or omissions in interpretations or chapters
- Incorrect birth details submitted by the user
- Delayed or unavailable platform features
- Loss of data or course access caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- Reliance on astrological predictions or educational material
- By using our services, you accept responsibility for your decisions, actions and outcomes.
Privacy and Personal Data
- Personal information submitted to AstroCircuits.AI is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Birth details and account information may be used to calculate horoscopes, generate AI responses, personalize Academy chapters and provide purchased services.
- Users must not submit another person’s personal or birth information without their knowledge and lawful permission.
- Partner information should be submitted only where you are authorised to provide it.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must notify Support promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Payment Terms
- We may suspend or terminate an account where a user:
- Misuses or attempts to manipulate the platform
- Shares or resells account or course access
- Copies or distributes protected course content
- Uses automated scraping or extraction tools
- Attempts to interfere with platform security
- Engages in fraudulent payment activity
- Harasses staff or abuses the support system
- Violates these Terms and Conditions
- Serious misuse may result in immediate termination without refund, subject to applicable law.
- Termination may result in the loss of access to credits, courses, generated audio, PDFs and certificates associated with the account.
- Users remain responsible for downloading eligible documents before their course or account access expires.
Updates to These Terms
- We may revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, technology, pricing, policies or legal obligations.
- Updated Terms will be published on the relevant AstroCircuits.AI website.
- The revised version will become effective from the date stated on the page.
- Continued use of AstroCircuits.AI or AstroCircuits.AI Academy after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
