Refunds on AstroCircuits.AI Credits

- Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased—this helps us keep things running smoothly.
- We give everyone free starter credits on signup so you can try the AI properly before buying.
- Used credits can't be restored, and we don't offer refunds for things like unused credits, not loving a particular response, or entering birth details incorrectly.
- That said, if there's a genuine technical glitch on our end (e.g., the system fails to generate a response), reach out to support—we'll happily issue replacement credits where it makes sense.

Refunds on Personal Consultations

- You can cancel or request a refund anytime before the session starts—you'll get a full 100% refund, no questions asked.
- Even during the live session, if it feels like it's not the right fit for you, just let us know and we'll process a full refund on the spot.
- Once the consultation is fully completed, we don't issue refunds (fair's fair—we've delivered the session).
- If you miss your booked slot without letting us know in advance, we'll treat it as completed, and no refund will apply.
- Prefer to reschedule instead? No problem—just request it at least 24 hours before your original time, and we'll move you to the next available slot at no extra cost.

How Refunds Work?
