Non-refundable

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. This helps us keep the service running smoothly.
Everyone receives free starter credits on signup so the AI can be tested properly before purchasing.
Used credits cannot be restored. Refunds are not provided for unused credits, dissatisfaction with a particular response, or incorrectly entered birth details.
If a genuine technical issue on our side prevents the system from generating a response, contact Support. Replacement credits may be issued where appropriate.

Time-based

Before the session starts: cancel or request a refund for a full 100% refund.
During the live session: if the consultation does not feel like the right fit, let us know and a full refund will be processed.
After the consultation is fully completed: refunds are not issued because the session has been delivered.
Missed appointment: if a booked slot is missed without advance notice, it is treated as completed and no refund applies.
Rescheduling: request a change at least 24 hours before the original time to move to the next available slot at no extra cost.

Every Academy course includes two free sample chapters so you can experience the personalized learning format before enrolling.
A full refund may be requested within 24 hours of payment or before accessing more than four paid chapters, whichever occurs first.
After more than four paid chapters have been accessed, the course is no longer eligible for a refund—even if the 24-hour period has not expired.
After 24 hours have passed from payment, the course is no longer eligible for a refund—even if fewer than four paid chapters have been accessed.
The same conditions apply to individual course purchases and the Complete Learning Bundle.
Refunds are not available because of incorrect learner birth details. Verify the date, time, and place of birth under My Birth Details before generating course content.
If a verified technical issue prevents access to purchased course content, contact Support so the issue can be investigated and resolved.

5–7 business days

Any approved refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The exact timing may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
